Frequently I am going 60 behind someone who is going 59. So I move to the left lane to pass them and accelerate to 65. Then the person in the right lane accelerates to 64. Then a person comes up from behind doing 80 and has to slow down as I slowly get past the guy in the right lane, pull a safe distance ahead, and move over. When that guy in the right lane is an 18 wheeler with 3 trailers….it’s going to take a while.
