Staying home means that I have more time to spend in the I’m a KORTNEY and That’s My Superpower Family Name KORTNEY T-shirt Additionally,I will love this kitchen, which naturally I love because I’m a huge foodie. Cooking is one of my favorite ways to relax and unwind. I have always turned to the kitchen when I need some “me time.” These days I’ve been really into discovering new recipes and challenging myself in the kitchen. I’ve also been taking a “what’s in the fridge” approach when I cook meals for our family, which has turned into a semi-adventurous approach to really yummy food. This is also a great way to minimize the amount of times you have to go to the grocery store. I made this broccoli and bacon frittata from my book Do What Feels Good, but I put a kitchen-sink twist on it and threw in other vegetables that we had in the fridge. The beauty of a frittata is that anything and everything tastes great in it!
