You’re not going to get an answer from any of these drivers, because they are so incredibly unaware of themselves in relation to the Halloween Gym Personal Trainer Pumpkin Kettlebell Fitness T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this world around them, they have no idea what you’re talking about. You said it in the title (seldom enforced). That’s the reason. Start giving out tickets for it and we would free up some traffic. Two observations about people in the left lane. Some set the cruise control and don’t have to ever slow down because they’re holding up the cars behind them. Some are on cell phones and they’re distracted but won’t rear end anyone because they’re slow in the fast lane. I don’t know the answer when it’s just a two lane highway because getting over isn’t usually too difficult, but sometimes with 3+ lanes some people may do that when the right and middle lane is a different route or exit so they get into the left whenever they get a chance to avoid the pressure of getting over too late/last minute if there’s not a lot window opportunity? 🤷

Reading the Halloween Gym Personal Trainer Pumpkin Kettlebell Fitness T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this comments, it turns out they are just lazy fucks. “I don’t want to be changing lanes all the time”. Seriously? Is it that difficult to move your hand on the wheel 2 inches to the left?? And as far as the “I’m already speeding so you should slow down and not speed faster than I am willing to speed“ people, yeah, fuck you forever you hypocrites. I usually go about 5 over always, sometimes 10 if I’m feeling daring. Most people in my area drive that way, so I do it too. And traffic in and around my town, is usually not too bad. If it’s dark, I always drive in the left lane. Unless there is people behind me, that are catching up to me, then I’ll switch over. I do this because how often wildlife likes to run in the road. If you are in the right lane, you have less time to see them and react to the oncoming critter. Plus, the roads seem to have more potholes in the right lanes, so it’s super easy to hit them in the dark. That is why I drive in the left lane in the dark. If I pass more than three people in a span of a few minutes, I’ll stay in the left lane. Because usually, that means up ahead there will be more people I have to pass. Technically this is to pass, but I don’t always actually see anyone to pass and or they might be quite a bit away. I figure it’s no use getting over, just to go back right where I was in a mile or two. Lazy? Yeah. Do I care? Not particularly. Now, like I said before, if someone looks like they’ll overtake me, I’ll move over for them.
