They may be afraid to drive in the Camping Makes Me Happy Hiking Mountains T-Shirt But I will love this center lane with vehicles on both sides, and afraid of the right lane because of merging traffic. Either way, still an asshole. Afraid on the highway = nervous = potential accident = asshole, for creating an unsafe condition for everyone around you because you’re nervous. Take a bus, train, bike, Uber, whatever. But get the fuck off of the road until you get your shit figured out. I definitely believe that this asshole shit that I see these assholes doing every day has got to be a catalyst for a lot of aggressive driving. No one likes to have their commute fucked up by some asshole who just refuses to get the fuck out of the way for whatever reason, and when they see an opportunity to get past the asshole, they’re willing to go to unsafe lengths to do it. Not saying that’s OK, or excusing aggressive driving, but if that person would just get the fuck out of the way, everyone wins. TL/DR – If you’re in the left lane, and there is open road in front of you, and there is a long line of vehicles directly behind you, then you are going too slow for traffic conditions. You are being an asshole.

My buddy does this. He gets off on peoples anger and points out he’s technically going the Camping Makes Me Happy Hiking Mountains T-Shirt But I will love this speed limit. He then gets very angry about people getting on his bumper and yells about how they should just go around on the right…. Honestly I think he just enjoys the anger. He also gets ultra angry when they’re going under the limit in front of him. Flips them off and rides their bumper. Bad guy to road trip with. Otherwise a great person. Unpopular option about the interpretation of the meanings: I believe that when all these laws were created and slow traffic keep right stuff it was meant for if the speed limit is 70. Right lane goes 60, middle lane goes 65, left lane goes 70. However, i could be doing 85 in the left lane which will happen often when no traffic is on the road and ill still have some jackass trying to ride my ass. If im already doing 10 plus over the speed limit, you can pass me on the right as you clearly have other problems than just me in your way. The only time I refuse to move is in situations in which the left lane being the “passing” lane is dubious at best. We have several interchanges and exits in my area in which the left lane is the one that is either the only exit lane (for left hand exits), or is the lane that the one to the right merges into on a two lane interchange, of my personal favorite, a 3 lane stretch that has an on ramp merging into lane 3 shortly before lane 3 merges into lane 2, and both 2 and 3 are absolutely packed while the whole of lane 1 is cruising 10 over.
